Ham Dinner and Chicken Stew Sales
Tickets for the ham dinner, which will be November 11, 2007 at the High School will go on sale October 15 and continue through October 29.
Chicken stew sales will start October 15th and last through October 29th. Chicken stew will be $5 per quart. Money is to be collected at time of ticket sale(s). Please collect all money and make one check payable to AHS Band Parents.
Chicken stew cooking dates will be Monday, November 5th through Thursday, November 8th. The stew will be cooked in the AHS cafeteria. We will have two work shifts each day. The first shift is 2:30-5:30 and the second shift is 5:30-8:30. Sign up sheets to work will be at the October 30th meeting. Approximately 20 workers are needed for each shift.
Band students are asked to supply salt, pepper, butter, and hot sauce. Explicit instructions will be sent later.
The Ham Dinner will be on Sunday, November 11th at the AHS Cafeteria from 10:30 AM to 1:30PM. Tickets are $5 each with adult and children plates the same price. Money is to be collected at time of sale, collect all money and make one check payable to AHS Band Parents. Sign-up sheets to work will be at the October 30th meeting.
