Cotton Bowl
Cotton Bowl Trip:
December 29th, 2007 – January 2nd, 2008 Trip cost is approximately $610. (The trip cost is in addition to the Marching Band Fair Share Quota, which will be announced at a later date. Opportunities to raise these amounts will be available through the individual fund-raising activities (magazine sales, pancake breakfast, chicken stew, fruit sales, and/or ham dinner).
Cotton Bowl Trip: We will be sending home an individual trip agreement form next week. Please watch for this form—ask your students for it! Please fill-out the form and return it to Mr. Williams along with a $100 deposit. Make checks to AHS Band Parents, note student’s name on the check and Cotton Bowl Deposit. Tag-alongs and chaperones will need to pick-up their forms at the September 11 meeting and be prepared to pay the $100 deposit also that night. We have some of the student and tag-along forms already turned in. This information only pertains to those individuals who have not completed the forms and paid the deposit.
